Owner, Principal & Practicing Teacher

I have been the Owner, Principal, and practising teacher at Montessori Children’s House since 2019. With over 10 years of teaching experience in Luanda (Angola) and Windhoek (Namibia), I bring international perspective and a deep passion for Montessori education.

I hold a Montessori Level 6 (Pre-Primary) Diploma from Headstart College, as well as a Diploma in Business Management from Tecnicon SA, which allows me to combine educational expertise with strong school leadership.

I speak English and Afrikaans, with basic Portuguese. As a mother of three sons, I truly value independence, confidence, and respect in every child’s learning journey. I am also a passionate mosaic artist, and I love bringing creativity and inspiration into the classroom.

Head Teacher – Pre-School Environment

I am 35 years old and a proud mother of two boys. I speak English, German, and Afrikaans, and I value the strong sense of community that language and culture bring into our school environment.

I have been teaching at Montessori Children’s House since 2019 and currently serve as the Head Teacher of the Pre-School environment.

With over 10 years of experience in Montessori education in South Africa and at MCH, I am deeply passionate about guiding children through these foundational early years. I completed my Montessori Diploma through MCSA and furthered my studies with a Level 6 qualification through Headstart.

My goal is to create a structured yet inspiring classroom where children develop independence, confidence, and a genuine love for learning.

Head Teacher – Toddler Environment

I am 34 years old and a proud mother of a daughter. I speak English, German, and Afrikaans, and I truly value the multicultural environment that languages bring into a child’s world.

Since 2023, I have been part of Montessori Children’s House as the Head Teacher of the Toddler environment. With five years of experience in Montessori schools, I am deeply committed to supporting young children during these important early years of independence and discovery.

I hold a Montessori Elementary Diploma as well as a Level 6 Diploma from Headstart College. My passion lies in creating a calm, nurturing space where toddlers feel safe, respected, and encouraged to explore with confidence.
